Alexa Englander is an Associate in the Administrative Law Department at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Englander was an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Administrative Law Division at the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel.

At the New York City Law Department, Ms. Englander represented various City agencies including the New York City Department of Buildings, Environmental Control Board, and Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and litigated claims against the City in State and Federal Courts.

Ms. Englander earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tufts University in 2001.

Ms. Englander is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut, and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York .
