Brian Clark Haberly serves as an Associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP.  He joined the firm in 2001 and has special expertise in real estate litigation for both commercial and residential real estate owners.   He has experience in litigating diverse cases in both Housing Court and in Supreme Court.
 
Mr. Haberly earned his Juris Doctor from Buffalo Law School in 1995 and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in History from the State University of New York at Albany in 1991.   He is a member of the City Bar Association of New York.
