Brian Clark Haberly joined Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP in 2001 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2009.  Mr. Haberly has special expertise in real estate litigation for both commercial and residential real estate owners. He has experience in litigating diverse cases in both Housing Court and in Supreme Court.

Mr. Haberly earned his Juris Doctor from Buffalo Law School in 1995 and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in History from the State University of New York at Albany in 1991. He is a member of the City Bar Association of New York.
