Christina S. Proctor is an associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP.  Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Proctor was an associate at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C.

Ms. Proctor earned her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2004, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2000, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.  In law school, Ms. Proctor served as a Senior Member of the Desmond Moot Court Board and was the President of the American Constitution Society.
 
Ms. Proctor is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice in the Western District of New York Federal and Bankruptcy Courts.  She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and is a Trustee of the Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA
