CRAIG INGBER became a partner of the firm in 1994. Mr. Ingber had been associated with the firm since 1991.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ingber's professional experience included positions with the Pyramid Companies, a regional shopping center developer, Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. and the Office of the Mayor of the City of New York. While with the Pyramid Companies Mr. Ingber negotiated and drafted shopping center leases, loan documents and workout agreements with national and regional tenants. During the Koch administration, Mr. Ingber, working with the Mayor's Legislative Representative to the City Council, assisted in drafting legislation, attended daily City Council Committee meetings and compiled an extensive legislative history of Mayor Koch's 1978-1982 term.

Currently, Mr. Ingber is involved in all aspects of commercial and residential transactions involving the purchase and sale of property, foreclosures, commercial loan origination and conveyancing.

Mr. Ingber acted as counsel to the seller of a portfolio of Manhattan properties valued in excess of $275,000,000.00 and has also closed multi-property securitized mortgage loans in excess of $150,000,000.00.

Mr. Ingber is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Commercial Leasing Committee and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Ingber has published an article in The New York State Bar Association, Real Property Law Section Newsletter entitled "Recent Changes in New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Form TP-584.1 Can Result in a Reduction of Transfer Tax Due in Certain Foreclosure Transactions." Mr. Ingber is a frequent contributor to Commercial Lease Law Insider.

Mr. Ingber is a member of both the New York and Connecticut Bars.
