Craig L. Price joined Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP in 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. 

Mr. Price practices all facets of real property law and institutional lending. He has special expertise in commercial and residential transactional law, cooperative and condominium law, secured and unsecured lending and commercial leasing transactions. Mr. Price's practice also includes the representation of cooperative and condominium Boards in New York.

He has represented well known real estate families, athletes, actors, best selling authors, musicians and the families of foreign dignitaries. 

Some notable transactions that Mr. Price has handled include the sale of a $55 Million Manhattan office building, the representation of the purchaser of the highest recorded sales price of a townhouse above 110th Street in New York City, as well as, the representation of a commercial tenant in connection with a lease for 14,000 square feet of office space in downtown Manhattan with and aggregate value in excess of $5.5 Million.

Mr. Price earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Section of Real Property Law) and the New York County Lawyers' Association and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Price is a lecturer for the Warburg Realty Partnership New Broker Training Program. He recently participated on a distinguished panel of real estate experts on behalf of Lorman Education Services entitled Real Estate Law from A to Z in New York.  He has also spoken at The Corcoran Group, Prudential Douglas Elliman, New York Real Estate Institute and business forums organized by the University of Michigan Alumni Association.

He is a member of the Board of Directors for Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation, the largest not-for-profit provider of after school programming in New York City. He is fluent in Hebrew.

Mr. Price was nominated by his peers for the prestigious Crain's 40 Under 40.
