Danielle Schilling serves as an Associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP.  She joined the firm in November 2006 and has experience in real estate transactional and commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Horing, Welkison & Rosen.

Ms. Schilling earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2005 and graduated cum laude from Syracuse University in 2001.  At Syracuse University she earned a Bachelor of Science for her dual major in Communications and Public Policy.  At New York Law School, Ms. Schilling was a semi-finalist in the 2004 prestigious Charles W. Frossel Moot Court Competition and a finalist in the 2005 Appellate Brief Competition.

Ms. Schilling is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Real Property Law Section), American Bar Association and New York County Lawyers' Association.  She is admitted to practice in New York State.  Ms. Schilling is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta.
