David R. Brand is an Associate in the Litigation Department of Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brand was an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP where he practiced commercial litigation.
 
Mr. Brand handles state and federal court real estate litigation matters including residential and commercial foreclosures actions, condominium and co-op disputes, and construction litigation cases.
 
Mr. Brand earned a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005 where he was a member of the Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan in 2001.
 
In addition to New York State and Federal Courts, Mr. Brand is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Connecticut state and federal courts.
