DAVID M. SKALLER became a partner in the firm in 1994. Mr. Skaller had been associated with the firm since 1989.

Mr. Skaller is a graduate of St. John's University Law School where he was a member of the Moot Court. Mr. Skaller completed his undergraduate degree at Lehigh University.

Mr. Skaller has been a guest lecturer at the New York University School of Continuing Education for Property Management.

While at Belkin, Burden, Wenig & Goldman, L.L.P., Mr. Skaller has handled diverse landlord-tenant issues and real estate litigation in all New York State courts. He has had particular success in representing owners in matters involving tenant conduct that rises to the level of a chronic nuisance, non-primary residence and illegal sublet holdover proceedings.

Mr. Skaller is a member of both the New York and New Jersey Bars.
