Heela D. Capell serves Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP as an Associate in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Capell was an Associate at the firm of Heiberger & Associates, P.C.

Ms. Capell earned a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in 2002. While at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, she served as Production Editor on the Journal of International and Comparative Law as well as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Insider, the Law School's independent newspaper. Additionally, Ms. Capell is fluent in Hebrew.

Ms. Capell was admitted to practice law in the first Department in New York. She is a member of the New York State and American Bar Association.
