JEFFREY L. GOLDMAN is a founding partner of the firm.

Mr. Goldman has substantial experience and expertise in civil litigation concentrating on complex commercial and real estate disputes. Mr. Goldman has represented parties in diverse real estate related issues with respect to commercial and residential lease violations including owner occupancy, non-primary residence and illegal subletting. In addition, he has represented owners before the New York City Commission on Human Rights and the New York State Division of Human Rights relating to discrimination claims.

Mr. Goldman has successfully litigated varied issues pertaining to cooperative and condominium rights in both Civil and Supreme Court. He has represented owners, sponsors and Boards of Directors and Managers in the course of his litigation practice.

Mr. Goldman is a member of the Committee on Commercial Leasing of the New York State Bar Association and has served on various condominium boards in New York City and Nassau County.
