JEFFREY LEVINE became a Partner of the firm in 2005. Mr. Levine has been associated with the firm since 2003.

Mr. Levine brings special expertise in real estate litigation and commercial landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Levine manages an array of litigation in commercial real estate and landlord-tenant matters, including those involving lease violations, declaratory judgments, breach of contract, contract enforcement, Yellowstone injunctions, and preliminary and permanent injunctions. Mr. Levine also has significant experience in negotiating and drafting various commercial lease modification and extension agreements, related leasing documentation and complex settlement agreements.

Mr. Levine earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts.
