Joseph P. Mitchell serves as an Associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP.  He joined the firm in 2001 and serves clients in the area of real estate litigation.
 
Mr. Mitchell earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and was a member of American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.  He is the author of Note, Uniform Structural Basis for Nationwide Authorization of Bankruptcy Court Annexed Mediation, American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and he is a member of the College's Alumni Association.
