Joshua G. Losardo joined Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP in 2000 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2008.  Mr. Losardo practices administrative, bankruptcy, and transactional law. 

Prior to joining the firm, he served as Chief of Staff to New York State Assemblywoman Lena Cymbrowitz.  Mr. Losardo earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1994.  He is a member of the Bay Ridge Lawyer's Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Losardo is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
