Kristine L. Grinberg serves as an Associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP. She joined the firm in June 2005 and brings special expertise in real estate appeals and litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Rosen & Livingston. 
 
Ms. Grinberg earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2001 and graduated with honors in 1996 from Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.    At Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Grinberg was the recipient of the prestigious Samuel Kirschenbaum Prize in Real Estate Practice and served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy (2000-2001).   She also received CALI Awards in Legal Writing and Real Estate Practice.
 
Ms. Grinberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Real Property Law Section) and is admitted to practice in New York as well as the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York.
