Stacy Shimony joined Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP in 2001 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2008.  She has special expertise in real estate litigation including proceedings involving issues of non-primary residence, illegal sublet, nuisance, and other lease violations. 

Ms. Shimony earned her Juris Doctor at Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany.  She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996.
